Her eclectic mix of 50s and 60s Soul, Blues, Rock’n’Roll and R’n’B, has cemented her as one of the brightest shining stars on the Rock heaven. Since her debut, she has continued to release best selling albums and harvesting critical acclaim across genre lines. Bebo & the Goodtime Boys (USA)
All the way from the USA, Exclusively and for the VERY FIRST TIME in the UK, Rockabilly Night Live Presents; Bebo and the Good Time Boys! There’s no better way meeting the new year than by enjoying the best of previous decades. And that is exactly what Bebo & the Goodtime Boys deliver! Traditional Rockabilly influenced by the 1950s, but with their own updated and unmistakably modern sound. The 4 rockers mix influences of Rockabilly with Latino music to achieve a unique melting pot of contemporary Rhythm’n’Blues deeply rooted in American Roots Rock. If you have been living under a rock this past decade, and still aren’t familiar with Bebo & the Goodtime Boys, have a listen to their 2014 debut record release; "Let the fun begin”. Not only did the record receive fantastic reviews from enthusiastic fans all over the world, it catapulted the band to become one of the most in-demand Rock’n'Roll bands in Southern California. They toured Europe with huge success in August of 2015, and now the turn has come to the UK!
The DeadShots (UK)
If you think Rockabilly and Rock’n’Roll are dead genres from the 1950s, then you haven’t heard the wild, 21st century Rockabilly hailing from The DeadShots Tower, North Worcestershire! Over the last few years they have been lighting up stages and audiences across the country with their brilliant original compositions and occasional covers of the tunes (old or new) you least expect to hear. If you’re not familiar with The DeadShots, do yourself a favour and take a listen to their latest album, Wanted, from 2019. From the first week of its release this potent mix of Rockabilly and Rock’n’Roll got attention and airtime across international radio stations — and not without reason!
The DeadShots deliver a stage show like no other Rockabilly act; with a starch contrast between the wild shenanigans of Jack Smith, performing the part of backup singer, dancer and drummer all at once! And the collected songwriter Billy Jenkins, oozing cool while letting his fingers do the talking — ripping out blistering licks on the lead guitar without breaking a sweat. Joined on stage by vocal powerhouse, Matt Waterhouse on lead vocals, and the bearded beast, Jim Jenkins slapping like a madman on the double bass. The DeadShots are playing Rockabilly fit for 2021 — so let the New Year come!
The Two Timers (USA)
Another First and Exclusive from Los Angeles, California, The Two Timers are a hard hitting four piece band influenced by Rock’n’Roll from Yesterday and today. Their sound is unmistakably retro-sounding Rockabilly, but The Two Timers manage to infuse the genre and their material with a rare level of emotion. You can feel the sentiment when listening to their record — and especially when experiencing to them live. The Two Timers play Rockabilly Music with true feeling and put their heart and soul into each and every song. Whether they sing about love, hate, heartbreak or joy, the audience is transported straight into the worn out boots of the songwriter. Their 2019 release; “Lonesome Cry”, could easily be one of the best Roots Rockabilly albums of recent years. So if you are not yet familiar with Noah Martinez, Jeff Guzman, William Kelly, and Alexis De Table a.k.a. The Two Timers, do yourself a favour and have a listen to their debut album, we promise, you won’t be disappointed!
